Child Life Circle Manager (Part-Time, Remote)

Child Life On Call is seeking a Certified Child Life Specialist (CCLS) to manage the day-to-day operations of the Child Life Circle, our professional membership community for child life specialists. This is a part-time, fully remote role (10 hours/week, $30/hour) focused on membership operations, PDUs, community support, and hospital/group memberships. The goal of this role is to ensure the Circle runs smoothly, reliably, and independently without ongoing executive oversight.

Responsibilities include: managing member onboarding, cancellations, and non-payment follow-ups; maintaining accurate access across Circle and Thinkific; uploading and managing PDUs (including quizzes and certificates); coordinating logistics for live and recorded sessions; providing administrative support for clinical supervision; moderating the community and responding to member questions; managing onboarding and renewals for hospital and group memberships after contracts are signed; and regularly identifying, testing, and recommending ideas to improve member engagement, retention, and overall Circle growth based on member feedback and usage patterns.

This role has authority to make day-to-day operational decisions independently within established systems and will provide a concise monthly operational update to leadership that includes operational metrics as well as insights and recommendations for improvement.

Bonus opportunities are available for new and renewed annual hospital or group memberships that are successfully onboarded and managed.

Qualifications: Certified Child Life Specialist (CCLS) required; experience with memberships, professional education, or online communities preferred; strong attention to detail and follow-through; comfort working independently in a remote environment; and clear, professional written communication skills.

Availability and Time Management Expectations: This role requires strong time management and availability during standard U.S. business hours to respond to urgent member or hospital needs. While hours are flexible, this role is not suitable for evenings-only or weekends-only availability.
